The battles of the Hundred Years War were fought over more than a century, from the first Anglo-French clashes of the late 1330s to the French victory at Castillon in 1453. They ranged from major set-piece battles, such as Crécy, Poitiers, Agincourt and Castillon, to naval engagements, skirmishes and prolonged sieges that shaped the course of the war.
